Where We Live

Our Campus

As you pass O’More’s tall, iron gates and advance along the drive, the lawn of Abbey Leix Mansion lies before you, with its ancient trees and fountain. You have entered a place filled with creative spirit – a secret garden in which you can unlock your own hidden talents and grow them to success. Abbey Leix is one of two O’More buildings on the National Historic Register. The park-like setting includes mature magnolias and an oak that pre-dates the founding of the United States.

Our Town

The College’s 7 acres campus sits atop a hill two blocks from the center of historic, downtown Franklin, Tennessee, which Travel + Leisure Magazine has named one of “America’s Favorite Towns.” Franklin is home to many of music and entertainment’s brightest talents. Like O’More’s students, they find their creativity fueled by the natural beauty of the hills and rivers and the old-fashioned charm of the town. Franklin’s natural beauty and preservation have made it the vibrant community where Nashville’s creatives live and relax.

Where We Work

O’More is only 14 miles from Nashville, what The New York Times dubbed the IT City. Nashville bustles and booms with growth and with music, culture, and opportunities of all kinds, from the iconic downtown to the hip and trendy areas like Germantown or the Gulch, one of the nation’s few LEED certified neighborhoods.

Fast Company pointed out that Nashville has the fifth most rapidly expanding creative economy in the nation. And O’More’s programs are aligned with where of the city is going. For our fashion students, Nashville offers the fourth largest and fastest growing fashion industry. For the interior students, there is no end to possibilities because metro-Nashville is adding nearly 200,000 new residents each year and the skyline is filled with cranes. Because Nashville music is more than twice as large as New York and Los Angeles combined, our graphic design students easily find jobs. In fact, 94% of our students find work in their field within six months of graduation.

Nashville’s creative industries love O’More students and O’More alums are helping lead the rise of Nashville.
