Introduction

The private college Institution d'Etudes Francophones (IdEF) started its operation in 1995 in collaboration with the French Public University Sorbonne Paris Nord, with the aim of providing the academic undergraduate and postgraduate programs of Paris 13 in Greece. IdEF students are normally enrolled students at the Sorbonne University Paris Nord, have the same student status and receive the same education as students studying in Paris.

Upon successful completion of each course (LICENCE, MASTER) the Sorbonne Paris Nord awards Greek graduates with National French degrees and a Master of Laws and Physical Education and Sports, just as French students do. The degrees are signed by the President of the Sorbonne University Paris Nord and the Rector of the Academy and are recognized throughout Europe and the world as Sorbonne degrees. In Greece, the recognition is made by the SAEP of the Ministry of Education and Religions under law 4093/2012 (Government Gazette 222A '). IdEF operates as a college licensed by the Ministry of Education and Religions (YA 103548 / IA / 10-9-2012, Government Gazette 2566B ') and according to its articles of association is a civil non-profit company. Sorbonne University Paris Nord and the private college IdEF apply exactly the same policy to students. For this purpose, great importance is given to their reception, their adaptation, their orientation and their success.
