Introduction

The Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education, Recreation and Sports will have as the central axis of the studies to be taught, the specific contents of the area that today are recognized worldwide as belonging to the "Human Movement Sciences". These specific contents will be complemented with knowledge from other sciences such as Pedagogy, Biology, Psychology, Sociology, Communication Sciences, and those disciplines that make theoretical contributions to a "new culture of free time".

The complexity in the diversity of knowledge to be imparted will have as an anthropological frame of reference, a concept of man as a biopsychosocial unit from the perspective of movement (creative or stereotyped), with a strong incidence of the playful sense.

On the ethical level, the referent is that of responsible human beings, committed to being a national, with the values ​​of respect and solidarity essential to a democratic society.
