MANAGEMENT is a faculty, whose graduates are equipped with knowledge of the theoretical and practical aspects of the functioning of modern enterprises, economic and administrative, national and international institutions. They gain the ability to direct organizations in all their areas. This is the direction for creative and open-minded people who want to succeed in running their own company or in managerial positions in private enterprises or state administration.
Specializations
Management in business
A graduate of this specialization possesses the knowledge and skills necessary to diagnose the economic, legal and social environment of an enterprise as well as its internal conditions. Based on this diagnosis, he can identify goals and actions that need to be implemented in order for an enterprise to survive or be able to compete on the market. In particular, the graduate can analyze the marketing and financial situation of the company, the regularity of the production process and the diagnosis of human capital. In analytical actions, he uses appropriate statistical and computer instrumentation. A graduate of the Business Management specialty also has social competences, including in particular: competencies in shaping employee behaviors, organizing work, managing teamwork; He is capable of initiative and self-reliance in pursuit of continuous, creative development.
Human Resource Management
A graduate of this specialization has the knowledge and skills enabling diagnosis and planning managing the organization’s social potential. In particular, he is able to carry out basic activities related to the acquisition of human resources and competences for the organization, leading human resources and competency development programs, supervision of the workforce assessment processes and the implementation of solutions beneficial for optimal working conditions. The graduate of the Human Resources Management specialization also has a social competence that is appreciated by employers, including in particular: self-reliance, teamwork, work organization, communicativeness and willingness to improve qualifications.
