Winthrop University's online Bachelor of Professional Studies (B.P.S.) helps you complete your bachelor's degree, boost your employability, increase earning potential and transition into leadership roles. The B.P.S. is designed for ultimate flexibility and features a unique competency-based education structure.

You'll be able to access courses following a 14-week subscription model. Study at your own pace and gain a career-relevant competency at the end of every course. Whether you're studying full-time or part-time, you'll register for 14 weeks at a time until you finish your degree. Earn the B.P.S. in the time frame that works best for you. You can finish faster by maximizing eligible transfer credits–up to 75% of coursework.

In core courses, you'll explore workplace diversity and collaboration, applied critical thinking, organizational behavior, global economies and more. Then, you'll direct your focus toward one of four concentrations. Choose from Health Informatics, Community and Health Services, Organizational Leadership and Organizational Operations.
