Through each management and leadership course, you will develop critical skills to lead such as resolving conflict, decision-making, adapting to change, providing vision, motivating others and achieving organizational goals.In addition to focusing on the soft skills needed for today rsquo;s business environment, you will have the opportunity to enhance your knowledge of the hard skills and delve deeper into your area of professional interest by choosing to pursue one of our several business discipline concentrations, including: Accounting, Advertising and Marketing, Economics and Finance, Management, Management Information Systems, Entrepreneurial Management (online only) and Administration (online only).
