The changing world, clashing local and global trends, fast versus slow fashion, commercialization of collections clashing with the growing awareness of excessive consumerism, force brands to introduce innovative sales solutions. Product personalization, mobile technologies, same-day delivery of orders, the use of 3D clothing simulation technology, customer scanning (scanners), virtual fitting rooms, VR (Virtual Reality) and AR (Augmented Reality) techniques are areas of activities that change the formulas and sales channels for fashion products. The clothing industry is looking for new competences that focus on designing advanced sales processes and creating customer experiences in various distribution channels.
