Bachelor's studies (1st cycle) are aimed at high school graduates. The bachelor's program includes general management subjects, e.g. in the field of management, economics, finance, marketing, psychology and sociology of organizations as well as accounting and law.

A graduate of the first-cycle studies in the field of management, demonstrates knowledge of the necessary theoretical foundations in the field of management sciences and complementary disciplines, as well as appropriate specialist knowledge. He has the skills to identify, diagnose and solve problems of resource management (personal, material, financial, information), as well as problems with the implementation of functions, processes and projects in enterprises and all kinds of other institutions. Possesses: the ability to work in a team, the preparation necessary to undertake further studies and the ability to independently learn and update knowledge. Has the ability to use the acquired university knowledge in professional work. A graduate of the studies knows a foreign language (English is recommended) at the B2 proficiency level of the European System of the Description of Language Education of the Council of Europe and has the ability to use a (foreign) specialist language in the field of economics and management.


Employment opportunity

The graduate is prepared to work as a specialist analyst and designer of organization and management systems as well as a middle management manager in enterprises, non-profit organizations, public administration units of various levels, as well as to run his own business. They also have the skills to recognize, diagnose and solve problems of resource management (personal, material, financial, information), and the knowledge of the implementation of functions, processes and projects in enterprises and all kinds of other institutions.


Opportunity to continue education

A graduate has the opportunity to study at the second-cycle studies in the field of management, finance, accounting and insurance, economics and other related fields included in the field of social sciences.
