Introduction
The Bachelor of Arts in Interactive Entertainment explores the full potential of game design and interactive experiences. Students learn about the depth and diversity of the form-from AAA development processes to indie and experimental play genres, from virtual and alternate realities to expressive and meaningful games designed to enrich, educate, and influence a wide audience.
The Bachelor of Arts in Interactive Entertainment is granted through the USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences in conjunction with the School of Cinematic Arts. Students study within a framework, which combines a broad liberal arts background with specialization in a profession. Undergraduate students take their pre-professional courses in the USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences, including the general education requirements. Major courses are selected from the curriculum of the School of Cinematic Arts.
