The course, in fact, aims at training both professionals who are experts in labor law, with legal skills and professional qualification aimed at personnel administration and management, trade union relations and social security; both of professional figures who find employment in the territorial administrations (state, regional and local), public bodies and companies, public and private.

The training offered in the first two years of the course is common to all the curricula prepared, while it differs in the last year of study, in which the offer is more calibrated on the various possible employment opportunities of reference.
