Management (bachelor's degree)

The field of management available at WSB in Poznań has been prepared for people who are interested in broadly understood management, mechanisms governing management structures, occupational health and safety management, education, information security management, and human capital.

During your education in management, you will gain knowledge in the field of economics, psychology and sociology. Thanks to the studies in this field, you will understand the mechanisms and processes of management as well as the socio-economic conditions of the contemporary, dynamically developing labor market. You will develop competences in the sphere of rational leadership and social communication, you will develop ethical and aesthetic sensitivity, and you will acquire practical skills in the field of evaluation, evaluation of social, economic and cultural phenomena.
