Gain the skills to successfully plan, manage and implement the decisions and processes that keep built environment projects on track with our popular BSc (Hons) Construction Project Management degree course.
Accredited by both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), you will be educated to the highest industry standards. Guided by expert and industry-experienced academic staff, you'll study a range of modules, designed to develop your professional, technical and interpersonal skill set so you're ready to build a rewarding career in the built environment sector when you graduate.

Curriculum
Delivered full-time over three years via a programme of practice-focused modules, our course provides the ideal balance of academic study with the application of professional skills and competencies, mirroring the multidisciplinary, team-based approaches used in modern construction.
Our core modules will provide a basic understanding of topics including the laws and regulations in year one, and you’ll start to expand your subject knowledge with an opportunity to complete a field course as you progress into the second year. During year three, you’ll study advanced modules and complete a research-based dissertation on a topic of your choice.

Industry Placement
On this course, you will have the option to take an industry placement year between years two and three. Although you will be responsible for securing your placement, our tutors will support you in finding a role, and monitor your progress throughout.
Industry placements are an excellent way to enhance your CV, gain hands-on work experience and build industry connections. We often find that placement students achieve higher final-year grades.
