Introduction
Bachelor's in Sustainable Business for Societal Challenges
The main objective of the Degree in sustainable Business for Societal Changes(SUS.BUS.) concerns the management of the economic and social changes currently occurring in society, with a particular focus on the related challenges and opportunities.
The Degree employs innovative forms of teaching, with the adoption of interactive and experimental learning methods by involving students in a number of applications, laboratories, and internships, and teaching the most recent technological tools of ICT.
The Degree has a strong European and international character and is aimed at providing students with theoretical and managerial skills in order to successfully manage social innovation and spur social entrepreneurship, which is aimed at achieving a positive social impact in the external society, as well as a better inclusion of all agents with particular attention to vulnerable groups (i.e., people with disabilities, migrants, individuals with gender identities, the elderly). The program is also aimed at helping students understand how to manage the territory and the necessary resources to improve the well-being of the communities.
The degree is characterized by a high level of interdisciplinarity, ranging from business, management, chemistry, and neuroscience. This allows the offer to students a multifaceted overview of a complex phenomenon such as sustainability.
The Degree has been designed with the involvement and support of the various social partners, including the most dynamic organizations in the field of research, innovation and social impact.

Program delivery
The proposed Degree intends to form future entrepreneurs and managers of private and public companies, as well as national and international organizations, properly prepared to face the current economic and societal environmental challenges. Students will learn to:
- manage the economic and social transition towards more modern and sustainable firms;
- manage new types of business activities, aimed at combining profit and social interests, such as technological development and environmental protection;
- start new companies aimed at creating a social impact, or contributing to the further development of existing firms, helping them to improve their social impact and sustainability.
The project employs innovative forms of teaching, with the adoption of interactive and experimental learning methods by involving students in a number of applications, laboratories, and internships, and teaching the most recent technological tools of ICT.
A characterizing feature of this Degree is the international mobility within EUniWell of students and professors involved. Furthermore, students will be able to specialize in specific inter-and cross-disciplinary areas (such as business, management, and neuroscience).
