Double Diploma
Besides the Polish Bachelor's degree, studying Management at UEM you can also gain the American Bachelor of Science in Business Management diploma issued by Herzing University (USA). The American Bachelor of Science in Business Management diploma is awarded after completing only one year of studies at Herzing University.
After completing your studies in the USA, you may apply for a one-year visa extension and take up a job under the so-called Optional Practical Training.
UEM is the only partner of Herzing University in Poland.
Program Outcome
As a graduate, you will have theoretical and practical knowledge of:
- management and related sciences, regarding nature, regulations, and problems of functioning of organizations,
- enterprises and public institutions,
- effective communication, negotiation, recognition, diagnosis, persuasion, and teamwork,
- solving problems of management of human, material, financial, and information resources,
- implementation of the basic functions of processes (projects) management in organizations of an economic and administrative character.
