Bachelor in Security and Defense

The study program is primarily designed for the benefit of the Ministry of Defense. It is a professional study program focused on the training of civil servants, civil servants, or professional soldiers of the Ministry of Defense in full-time and part-time form of study. In accordance with the conceptual materials of the Ministry of Defense and for the area of crisis management, education in the bachelor's study program meets the needs and requirements for the training of state administration employees, or and the private sector in the field of security. The entire study program is implemented in close cooperation with the Ministry of Defense, and experts from the Ministry of Defense will participate externally in the teaching of selected topics.

The aim of the study program is to prepare future and current civil servants, civil servants, or professional soldiers operating at the Ministry of Defense, or other state administration bodies, the private sector, which need to increase their professional qualification in security fields. During their studies, students are prepared to work at the level of lower and middle management. For the acquisition and development of skills and competencies, the study program includes not only internships in selected positions, especially in the defense sector, but also compulsory elective subjects of type B for the narrower professional orientation of graduates. The study program is designed as a study program without specializations.
