Introduction
The Chemical Engineer is trained to deal with industrial chemical processes, that is, the different stages of transformation through which one substance must pass to become another. As possible fields of activity are the petrochemicals of gas and oil, industries linked to agricultural production, a transformation of mining and wood resources, and electro-intensive industrial sectors. In addition, the graduate is empowered to teach, advise on the pedagogical, professional, and technical of the specialty, collaborate in educational planning programs and educational projects in unconventional systems.
