Introduction
If you like cooking and want to work in the gastronomic sector, at the UFV you will live a real dream. You will study part of the Gastronomy career at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu cooking school, internationally recognized, and whose only campus in Spain is located in our facilities.
Thanks to this agreement, you will finish the degree in Gastronomy with the Basic Certificate and the Intermediate Certificate of Le Cordon Bleu and you will become an expert in business management in the sector and a sought-after chef in kitchens around the world.
You will study the degree with one of these two mentions: Hotels and Restaurants or Haute Cuisine. Each specialty has a limited number of places that will be awarded based on the skills and competencies acquired by the student during the first years.
In addition, you will study at a university with a 94% employability rate and you will always have access to the job market.
