The aims of the programme are as follows:
- To develop students’ appreciation of the effectiveness of the Human Resources role and function within the organizational operations.
- To prepare students to become ethically informed future Human Resource Managers, able to adjust to the changing needs and trends of the modern workspace, its challenges and employee diversity.
- To provide students with the skills and competencies they need to become marketable for a variety of HR careers in different types of organizations.
- To enhance students’ understanding of the broad role of the Human Resource specialist and the significance of people management.
- To provide students with a fundamental understanding of economic and management principles.
- To facilitate continuous growth and improved performance, founded on a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
- To provide the tools for effective talent hunting, employee selection and retention that reduce turnover and align with the organization’s goals.

- To highlight the changing nature of business, its current challenges and the importance of understanding both the local and global business environment, in order to make the necessary adjustments to the local management model.

Program Outcome
At the end of the programme, the student will be expected to:
