Introduction
The Degree in Information Management and Digital Content aims to train professionals specialized in detecting the information needs of companies and institutions and seeking solutions that contribute to the digital transformation process. They will be able to design information services and products and digital content, as well as how manage social networks and virtual communities that, in turn, collaborate in maintaining corporate reputation.
The students will obtain the knowledge necessary to work in digital companies or digital content producers, as well as as well as those that need to organize information for business intelligence.
The Degree in Information Management and Digital Content at UC3M offers students a transversal and multidisciplinary program, with great possibilities for job placement. In addition, the degree offers the opportunity to do internships in important companies in the sector.

The Erasmus program allows UC3M undergraduate and postgraduate students to study one or more semesters at one of the European universities with which UC3M has agreements or carry out an Erasmus Placement, that is, an internship stay. in some companies in the EU. Program Outcome
The study plan is designed to offer different profiles of graduates who can work in different fields.
- Digital content managers are in charge of the content that is published in the media and digital assets of the organizations for which they work. They coordinate all the aspects necessary for the correct functioning of the page: technical resources, performance, design, and adaptation to the corporate image. In addition, it manages the positioning of the web in search engines and optimizes conversion in different digital assets
- Social network and web environment managers. They are responsible for executing the organization's internal and external communication policies designed by those responsible for communication. ;n. They select the sources of information or evaluative content for the different digital media and are responsible for their evaluation. They also manage the content that is published on the organization's (or project's) profiles on social networks and in virtual communities, as well as the organization's (or project's) profiles. such as the relationships established with clients and/or consumers through these means and those that occur between workers. They are responsible for energizing the activity of virtual communities and social networks according to the established objectives.
- Asset analysts and digital marketing technicians. Its mission is to process the data obtained from the organization's different digital assets and generate the necessary reports for its correct use (website analytics, audience analysis, social networks, user analysis). , products, etc.) including other types of assets such as microsites, landing pages, applications for mobile devices, or others (Smart TVs, Wearables, IoT Internet of Things, etc.). Likewise, among its functions is participation in digital marketing campaigns developed by marketing managers.
