Introduction
Are you an inquisitive person who is passionate about electronics and enjoys disassembling electronic devices to discover how they work? The Bachelor in Electronics and ICT major will immerse you in a variety of projects and laboratory work. You will learn to analyze and solve problems, specializing In either hardware or software. The ‘hardware track’ will teach you how to design, develop, and produce your own embedded hardware in our Embedded Factory. In the ‘software track,’ you will learn how to create your own applications, gain experience in programming microcontrollers, and get a general overview of the world of electronics.
Or, on the other hand, are you a more creative mind interested in tackling challenging problems within ICT systems? In our ICT major, you will spend the first year building a solid foundation – learning about programming languages and the configuration, installation, and management of computers. In the second year, choose one of three expert tracks: Applied Artificial Intelligence, Application Development, and Security, Systems & Services. Finally, you will apply your knowledge to the real world, with a bachelor’s thesis and an (international) internship, topped off by an intensive entrepreneurship course.
