Courses
Visit the program webpage to get an overview of the courses (under reservation of changes), with the number of credits per phase. Credits express how many hours you need on average to process the subject matter (incl. lessons). Count about 25 to 30 hours for 1 study credit.
In practice
Time to put the theory into practice! Your 13-week internship will typically run from March to May during phase 3, giving you the chance to apply your skills to live projects at any number of partner IT firms. Our close working relationship with many companies guarantees you a foot in the door along with a wide range of projects to choose from. Ensuring there really is something for everyone.
And why not work on your international network at the same time and do your internship abroad? Our collaborative accords extend beyond the borders with partner companies in many countries including Brazil, Canada, Crete, Czech Republic, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, and Thailand.
Personal coaching
In our educational program, we look beyond technical skills alone. We also pay a lot of attention to developing your business and communication skills. Skills are essential to surviving in the 21st century and thriving in an industry subject to constant change.
Every year, your own personal coach will follow your study trajectory and offer tips and guidelines where needed. He or she will coach you from the day you arrive up until you graduate as a talented IT professional, ready to conquer the world!
Go international
Broaden your horizons – literally – by studying a full year abroad or doing your internship within an international company. You’ll get to apply your skills in a different context and in a different language while learning what it takes to find your own feet and make your own way. Besides that, studying abroad is simply an exhilarating experience and one that will add real value to your CV!
We maintain close partnerships with universities of applied sciences in Ireland, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, and Finland where you can follow the first semester of phase three in English.
You can also choose to do a full year in Finland or Switzerland as part of our double degree program. So that when you finish your academic career, you’ll have degrees from Finland or Switzerland and Thomas More as well!
