After being granted university status in 1987, University of the Arts became the largest institution of its kind in the nation, offering programs in design, fine arts, media arts, crafts, music, dance, theater and writing. In the University of the Arts’ Bachelor of Fine Arts degree program in Animation, you’ll be pushed past your comfort zone by participating in projects in which you’ll collaborate with musicians, dancers, actors and other artists. Whether you create traditional, stop-motion or computer-generated animation, you will work in a dynamic medium to tell the stories you feel passionate about and express your personal vision.

Animation (BFA)

At the heart of University of the Arts' Ceramics program is thinking through making. If you are passionate about working with your hands and engaging with material to create something meaningful, the study of ceramics at University of the Arts is just right for you. As you learn the technical aspects of ceramics, you'll also learn how to process the ideas and concepts associated with the art—a unique balance of analyzing and creating.
