Why Study Strategy, Management, and Operations at The Busch School?
This area focuses on the essential knowledge, skills, and attitudes required of leaders in a business. Strategy examines the structural forces that shape competition in a market and the various business models that an enterprise may implement to create value for its stakeholders. Management focuses on the allocation of resources and methods of decision-making within the enterprise to optimize value for stakeholders. Operations explores how processes, procedures, and systems interact within an enterprise to fulfill customer promises and secure value for stakeholders.

1. Our graduates learn the art and science of the practice of Management in and outside of the classroom.
