B.A.S. in Organizational Management St. Johns River State College

The Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Organizational Management degree provides students with the skills and knowledge necessary to enter the workforce or advance in a mid-management level position. The program will prepare students for careers within the public, private, and non-profit sectors. A practical approach with real-world applications of skills and knowledge will be used to understand leadership issues involved in the operations of a business organization. Coursework is designed to broaden students’ learning in applied management practices and prepare students for leadership opportunities within their chosen field.
