Welcome to the College of Education, Health and Human Studies. The College comprises seven academic departments: Child and Family Studies; Communication Disorders; Early, Elementary, and Special Education; Kinesiology, Nutrition, and Recreation; Leadership, Middle, and Secondary Education; Nursing; Psychology and Counseling. There are numerous outreach projects and centers that provide valuable services to the community and the region. These centers and outreach projects provide our students with valuable hands-on learning experiences.
The faculty of the College are experienced, dedicated professionals. They strive to provide students with the knowledge and skills to succeed in their profession and practice opportunities. The faculty are committed to innovative teaching practices and developing students' skills. Each department has unique examples of this in practice, but many can be seen by visiting the evolution Center.
