Introduction
The Petrobras Jovem Aprendiz Program (PPJA), carried out based on Law 10,097, aims to promote the social inclusion of young people through professional qualification, contributing to their insertion in the labor market.
In our current program, we are offering 236 vacancies to the municipalities of Pilar (AL), São Miguel (AL), Manaus (AM), Salvador (BA), Fortaleza (CE), Brasília (DF), Juiz de Fora (MG) , Ipojuca (PE), Mossoró (RN), Natal (RN), Paulínia (SP), Santos (SP), Aracaju (SE), Japaratuba (SE) and Laranjeiras (SE). The inscriptions are closed on December 16, 2020.
The program will offer professional courses in the areas of logistics, mechanics, electromechanics, electrotechnics, information and communication technology, work safety, and administrative assistant.
Those approved in the recruitment and selection process will receive training classes at the National Industrial Apprenticeship Service (Senai) and will develop professional practice activities at this training entity, fulfilling a 4-hour working day, from Monday to Friday. The interaction with Petrobras will take place through technical visits when the young people participating in the program will be able to learn about the company's activities.
The registration of the special apprenticeship contract in the Youth Work and Social Security Card will be carried out directly by Petrobras and apprentices will be entitled to a national minimum wage, 13th salary, vacation, transportation voucher, and optional supplementary pension plan. This program cycle will last 18 months.
