Internal Security (Bachelor)

The educational offer is addressed to all people who are interested in security issues and will be occupied with safety in the future. During their studies, students will acquire knowledge, practical skills and social competences that allow them to function in the security environment of the modern world and in the sphere of internal security of local communities.

The graduate acquires the skills to use general knowledge in the field of social sciences, especially defining threats in the area of Polish, European and world security, while learning about the principles of international cooperation in this area. In addition, he learns about:

• areas of competence of state administration and local government bodies, including administration and management processes carried out by public administration, and performs administrative and management activities in practice;

• main mechanisms of human behavior in difficult (crisis) situations and symptoms of social pathologies, social security, including local communities.
