Introduction
A Program for Future Real Estate Developers
Nova Southeastern University’s Dual Admission program in Real Estate Development saves your spot in one of the country’s most comprehensive master’s-level real estate programs while you earn your bachelor’s degree.
The Master of Science in Real Estate Development is a full-immersion program, giving you the hands-on experience you need to enter the workforce ready to make bold moves. You’ll even learn from case studies of actual South Florida projects.
Our executive format is taught by industry experts with a combined curriculum of classes, in-field case studies, and real-world projects. You can dive into different specialties, with focuses on urban and suburban redevelopment, economical and environmentally sustainable real estate, and entrepreneurship in real estate companies.
Program overview
A Dual Admission program in real estate development is available to qualified freshman and transfer students, allowing them to complete the combined bachelor's and master’s degrees in as little as 5 1/2 years, depending on incoming college credits. Within the H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship, students may complete a Master of Science in Real Estate Development (M.S.R.E.D.).
After successfully completing a four-year undergraduate degree at Nova Southeastern University (see requirements chart below), students are eligible to immediately start their master’s program and receive an Alumni Tuition Award.
A master’s degree can be achieved within 1 1/2 years. Students take a mixture of online classes and weekend (Saturday) classes. Master’s courses are taught by faculty with real-world experience and/or doctoral degrees in their field of study.
