Bachelor in Humanities & Social Sciences (HSS)

Our department provides an approach to college learning that empowers students and prepares them to deal with complexity, diversity, and change. Our classes emphasize broad knowledge that engages both the local and the global, so our students can become strong communicators, use analytic reasoning, and be problem solvers in their own communities. HSS offers high-quality academic coursework, leading to an associate degree or in preparation for transfer to a baccalaureate degree program.
