BS in Sociology Mississippi College School of Humanities and Social Sciences

Sociology is the scientific study of human behavior, especially as social groups and cultural influence it. A distinctive feature of the program is the integration of theory and research utilizing significant computer applications. Students investigate how human behavior is influenced by culture and social environment, integrating relevant theory and contemporary research.

In the Department of Sociology and Social Work at Mississippi College, we approach our discipline from a unique Christian perspective.
