What is Data Science and why study it? Data science is an interdisciplinary study of computer science, mathematics and statistics. This specialisation provides students with the skills to be able to manipulate vast amounts of data, make sense of complex metrics and interpret them into insights to help turn data into business assets for decision making. The application areas for data science are very broad, ranging from business to healthcare, security, logistics and energy.

This certification helps prospective employers identify talents who possess critical knowledge related to implementing cloud initiatives and foundational AWS knowledge.
