Introduction

At University College Venlo (UCV), you have the opportunity to focus on health, nutrition, and business in an interdisciplinary manner. You design your own curriculum by choosing from a broad range of courses from the Social sciences (e.g. psychology, sociology, economics, health management, public health, or law) and Life sciences (e.g. biology, chemistry, informatics, and physiology). For example, you can study the topic of Nutritional Pharmacotherapy (medicine 2.0) together with Social Psychology.

With the help of your personal academic advisor, you build a tailor-made bachelor's program, perfectly adapted to the master’s program or professional position you aim for.

Why this program?

Does consumption of fatty fish really make you smarter? Can food be used as medicine? Why is it so difficult to change our behavior, despite our best intentions to live more healthily? What are and how can we develop sustainable supply chains?

At University College Venlo , you can study such questions and many more related to Health, Nutrition, and Business in a close-knit interdisciplinary matter in a lively academic community with students and staff from all over the world. The diversity of cultural backgrounds and perspectives enlivens small-group discussions and enriches your academic experience.
