Such phrases as: "diet," "healthy lifestyle," "slow food" are often seen in the media and on the Internet, supermarkets outdo one another in the offer of eco-friendly products, and the profession of a dietitian is increasingly popular not only in metropolises but also in smaller cities.
The attention to healthy eating is a response to cultural changes, the use of pesticides in food, and junk food. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), obesity is one of the most serious modern diseases. Dietitians care not only about the quality of our eating habits, but above all about the quality of our lives. Graduates of Dietetics find employment in health centers and resorts, in the sport and recreation industries, and the sector of specialized catering services.
