Introduction

The Communication Program' studio is fully digitized with industry-standard equipment that enables students to tell professional stories and captivate audiences. Here, you will learn hands-on production skills in small classroom settings, crafting projects with a variety of cutting-edge technology such as a MAVIC 2 Pro drone, three axis gimbal mobile journalism kits, and a TriCaster video switcher. New for the 2020-21 year, we have also upgraded to Blackmagic URSA 4K studio cameras. This technology, along with training in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and other Creative Cloud professional software, will give you the background needed to create a variety of content for broadcasting and new media outlets.

Small class sizes with big opportunities. That's what our students love about our communication program. The hands on experience and one-on-one interaction with our expert faculty that you'll receive will prepare you for life after graduation. To learn more, check out this video that was produced by our students.
