Diversity Training

The mission of the Center for Diversity and Inclusion (CDI) is to foster a culture of belonging and by serving as a resource and liaison for students, staff, and faculty on issues of equity through advocacy, outreach, collaboration, training, and education.Courageous Conversations is a facilitated conversation for faculty and staff to have an open dialogue about topics that impact real career and life experiences.

    Our historic campus is situated in the heart of Saint Charles, Mo., a growing community of more than 65,000 just west of St. Louis.
