Introduction

The purpose of the educational program is to form the ability to apply the acquired knowledge, skills, skills in the humanities, fundamental and professionally-oriented disciplines for solving typical tasks of the specialist of economics in social and behavioural science positions.

The educational-professional program focuses on modern professional and scientific achievements in economic disciplines and considers the specifics of enterprises' financial service of various forms of ownership, and focuses on relevant specialization. The student determines a professional and scientific career.

Objects of study are general laws and tendencies in developing economic systems, motivation and behaviour of market actors, socio-economic processes, and modelling and regulation.

Objectives of training: training of specialists who have modern economic thinking, theoretical knowledge, and practical skills necessary for solving tasks of the field of activity.

The theoretical content of the subject area: is the formation of knowledge about the concept, categories, concepts, principles of social-behavioural and economic sciences.

Graduates can work in state enterprises and private business structures (at different positions of organizational-managerial and financial-economic profile); to perform labour duties in the civil service (development and examination of key documents in the field of socio-economic policy at the national, regional, and local levels); to practice educational and scientific activity in higher educational establishments and research centres (carrying out complex economic research and scientific projects, developing socio-economic forecasts, teaching courses).

Graduates can use the knowledge by working in production and trade enterprises (in positions of an economist, chief economist, accountant-economist, economist-financier, planning manager, manager of strategic development, etc., in the future - top managers, heads of departments and sectors, directors); domestic and international holding companies (departments of planning, strategic and innovative development, budgeting and sales departments); consulting and investment companies; banking institutions (corporate lending); state authorities; own business.
