Introduction

Electronic and computer engineering technology emphasizes the theory and application of electronic circuits, instrumentation and computing systems. Kansas State Polytechnic's program has a distinct foundation based on basic circuit theory, semiconductor applications, digital systems, microprocessor programming, and interfacing. It also provides numerous laboratory experiences focused on applied engineering - this means that students not only learn how to design a system but also how to build it.

Our electronic and computer engineering technology graduates have successful careers working closely with electrical engineers, computer scientists and other professionals in the design, development, marketing, and maintenance of electronic products and systems.
