BSc in Human Resources Management

Goals

• To train technical experts in Human Resources able to develop strategies that involve analysis functions, organization and leadership of human resources, develop and implement strategies that are intended to improve the management of human resources; - Training of human resources management specialists, able trimming exercise the profession, both in the private company as the Public Administration; - Provide students with methodologies, techniques and tools specific work area of ​​Human Resource Management (planning and analyzing functions, organize, manage and evaluate the training, manage careers and remuneration; run public relations actions, elaborate intervention diagnoses in organizations ; diagnose conflicts in organizational contexts, etc.); - Develop applied research capabilities in the areas of Human Resource Management, familiarizing students with the modern methodologies and current techniques in the field of personnel management; - Browse encourage students' personal autonomy, critical thinking and leadership and a taste for innovation and change in the context of convergence of individual and organizational goals.
