Introduction
Our Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology degree prepares students who wish to pursue advanced degrees in biotechnology, molecular biology, or medicine. The major consists of 24 semester hours of chemistry and 23 semester hours of biology coursework.
Our Bachelor of Arts degree prepares students who wish to pursue careers in the biotechnology industry. The major consists of 21 semester hours of chemistry and 21 semester hours of biology coursework.
We also offer a minor in biochemistry designed for those students who wish to pursue careers such as medicine, biotechnology, or graduate studies in biology. The minor consists of 24 semester hours of chemistry coursework.
