intercultural communication? Are you eager for new experiences? Then the International Business bachelor, offered by Hanze University of Applied Sciences, Groningen, is the right programme for you! This programme prepares you to become a business professional with a global mindset, who is ready to add value to international business and society. The programme is offered in a 3-year and 4-year track.

The IB programme consists of lectures and classes, but students also work together in small groups in order to find answers to challenging, yet practical, business-related problems. Group work prepares you for effective communication and cooperation in international business. You will also receive training in professional skills, such as intercultural sensitivity, communication, information management and innovative thinking. Moreover, in your third year you will get the great opportunity to study at one of our partner universities abroad and to complete a work placement at an international company or organisation. At IBS we take a ‘learning by doing’ approach.
