Introduction

The Financial Engineer possesses the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to manage financial products and services in companies and financial institutions, in accordance with the requirements and policies of the institution, principles of ethics, and current regulations. Likewise, it is empowered to administer and supervise financial operations and processes and direct the management of services, products, instruments, and financial information, ensuring timely, relevant, and quality service to internal and external clients. He also has the capabilities to perform financially, investment, and risk analyses. For this, the Financial Engineer has comprehensive training in applied finance with a commercial focus, in management of computer systems, in direction and quality management and continuous improvement, and special development of the generic skills of communication, autonomy, leadership, work teamwork, problem-solving and ethics orientation.
