Introduction
Bachelor in Fashion Design
Learn to develop fashion collections, manipulate fabrics and materials, and propose outfits and shootings. In four years you will be able to conceptualize your own collection, design and make the garments that comprise it, and create and communicate your fashion brand.
The study plan for the Undergraduate Degree in Design consists of 240 credits, structured in 4 academic years of 60 credits each. The first two years are made up of Mandatory subjects (MS) and Basic Training (BT), common to all majors. Even so, in some subjects specific syllabi are already taught and work and activities are developed according to the chosen itinerary.
The specialized and elective subjects (ES) are taught from the third year onwards and delve into theoretical and practical knowledge specific to each major. The subjects are complemented by the completion of mandatory internships in companies, and the development of the Final Degree Project, which is the last pedagogical record to evaluate the knowledge acquired by students during the training period.
At ESDI we have collaboration agreements with all types of companies in the fashion sector and its different areas: women’s, children’s, bridal, accessories, production companies, denim, etc. Our students in the fashion specialty have completed their internships in companies such as: Palomo Spain, Ze García, Mango, Metal Magazine, Bohodot, Dominnico, Syndical Chamber, SAYE, PJ Barcelona, System Action, Bibian Blue, Colmillo de Morsa, Pardo Hats, Infinit Denim, Victor von Schwarz, Bonmot Organic, Gabriela Coll Garments, The Label Edition, Nero Mate Brand or Bastida for work, among many others.
