Introduction
About
NEXT CLASSES BEGINNING IN FEBRUARY AND AUGUST 2019.
The BA (Hons) Graphic Design course develops an individual approach to the field of graphic design, to give students confidence in their intellectual and aesthetic decisions, where they will have the skills to promote themselves and their work to agencies and clients.
If you are a high school student (or equivalent) of the Brazilian educational system, it is recommended to attend Foundation Art & Design , an intensive one-year course designed exclusively for students who wish to enroll in British baccalaureate courses, but do not have professional training correspondent and/or work experience in art and design.
Course summary
The course seeks to provide a teaching environment that will allow students to create a conceptual, visual and technical “toolbox” that will allow them to formulate and execute solutions to complex design problems.
We encourage students to forget about traditional discipline divisions and engage in an open exploration of an unprecedented range of methodologies, processes and media in which a contemporary designer can operate.
By the time of graduation, students will have developed an individual approach to the field of graphic design, have confidence in their intellectual and aesthetic decisions, and have the skills to promote themselves and their work to potential employers and clients.
