Applied activities are organized based on protocols concluded with the following institutions: ANPM - National Agency for Environmental Protection, ANM - National Meteorological Administration, INHGA - National Institute of Hydrology and Water Management, USAMV - University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, ECOIND - National Research and Development Institute for Industrial Ecology, Grigore Antipa National Museum of Natural History. Every year, within the Erasmus Program, students have the opportunity to study and do internships at the Institute of Marine Conservation ARCHIPELAGO Greece. They benefit from the European system of transferable credits.

Why choose the specialization Ecology and environmental protection? After graduating from undergraduate studies you will be licensed in Environmental Science, having the opportunity to work in education as teachers in the environmental departments of public institutions at the central level (Ministry of Environment and other ministries) and locally (county and municipal councils), Agencies of Environment, Romanian Waters National Administration, Environmental Guard; within NGOs that offer consulting services on environmental protection issues; within the consulting companies that provide consultancy to international programs in the field of environmental protection (LIFE-Nature, Ramsar), environmental infrastructure, (ISPA-Environment, PHARE-Regional) organic agriculture (SAPARD, World Bank Programs), biodiversity conservation, stimulation the intervention of the private sector in environmental protection (LIFE-Environment); within the design companies for drawing up feasibility studies in order to obtain loans from the country and abroad, in the field of environmental protection (treatment plants, ecological landfills, water supply systems); within the consulting companies that follow the entry or maintenance in legality from the point of view of the environmental legislation of the economic agents by elaborating impact studies and environmental assessments.
