Introduction
The first cycle is devoted to the in-depth study of two foreign languages to be chosen from among 9 languages: German, English, Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Turkish and Russian (Dutch and Russian cannot be combined; l (Arabic, Chinese and Turkish must be combined with English). In addition, the emphasis is particularly on fluency in French. Upon successful completion of the first year of Bachelor, it is possible to add a third foreign language (eg Japanese or Croatian).
The Bachelor in Translation and Interpretation is structured around three axes: foreign language courses, French courses and general courses, all of which constitute a solid basis for then approaching the master's degree in translation or interpretation. The language courses will allow you to deepen your knowledge in the two foreign languages of your combination, or even to discover them, while the French courses will strengthen your skills in the target language of the training. Finally, general courses (law, economics, history, philosophy, history and theories of translation, etc.) will give you access to a broad general culture, essential for the exercise of the profession.
