The entry to EAN is unrestricted although the applicant must meet the following admission requirements:

• Interview with pedagogical advisor.
• Attendance to talk of professional responsibilities with the Director of the Career.
• Assistance to institutional presentation by the Rector.
• Participation of the entrance course: Introduction to the Sciences of the Administration
• In addition to the documentation requirements stipulated in the internal regulations

General considerations

The increase in mobility for tourism reasons and the multiplication of business activities within and beyond national boundaries characterize this period of globalization of the economy and generate new requirements in hotel organizations and related activities. This situation requires the training of professionals with flexibility and innovation capacity to adapt to scenarios that are increasingly dynamic and competitive.

EAN offers a curriculum for Technicians and Bachelors in Hotel Management legitimated by an Advisory Board of companies committed to the institutional project. Teachers have extensive training and professional experience and are trained in the management of teaching strategies to promote the acquisition of professional skills. The practical training of the students is carried out through the analysis of real cases of companies associated with EAN, which expose their problems for their treatment within the framework of the subjects.

Pre-professional internships are held in companies and discussion forums with experts from the Administration Sciences.

Scope of Title

SCOPE OF THE TITLE: UNIVERSITY ANALYST IN HOTEL ADMINISTRATION

• Operate as a facilitator in the management of hotel companies, oriented to the existing companies in the area towards growth, developing them in the search for new business opportunities.
• Manage companies, plan and implement ventures in the hospitality industry.
• Guide existing companies in the area towards growth by developing them in the search for new business opportunities.

SCOPE OF THE TITLE: UNIVERSITY ANALYST IN HOTEL ADMINISTRATION

• Organize and manage hospitality companies and hospitality services, as a member of them and / or as an independent consultant.
• Develop new ventures in the field of hotel and hospitality services.
• Act as a consultant in existing companies, developing them in the continuous improvement of quality and the search for new business opportunities.
