Introduction
The School of Design at Carnegie Mellon is among the oldest and most respected programs in North America. We have a rich history in the design of products and communications, and were one of the first programs to offer a master’s degree in interaction design. Our programs enroll approximately 250 undergraduate and graduate students from a variety of backgrounds, inspired by a wide range of motivations and career ambitions.
