Introduction

The Carl Benz School of Engineering is the Mechanical Engineering College of the worldwide renown Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and offers a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering taught in English.

Carl Benz School is an independent institution within the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) with a college like structure. It offers students from all over the world the opportunity to study a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering entirely in English or just get an insight into studying engineering via one of the Summer Schools. Upon successful completion of the 3-year program, students are awarded a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree by KIT.

As part of the KIT, the Carl Benz School creates and imparts knowledge for the society and the environment. From fundamental research to applications, KIT excels in a broad range of disciplines, i.e. in Natural Sciences, Engineering Sciences, Economics, and the Humanities and Social Sciences.
