  1. Students will be able to demonstrate a knowledge of the Bible, interpret Scripture’s original meaning, and apply Scripture to contemporary situations.
  2. Students will be able to integrate systematic and historical theology into a larger biblical framework.
  3. Students will be able to demonstrate, conceptually and practically, a biblical worldview within the professional area of Business Administration.
  4. Students will be able to explain the holistic concept of Business as Mission with respect to the fundamental concepts of business.

Program of Study

Business Administration students can choose from one of three emphases:

The Entrepreneurial Management emphasis will prepare you for management jobs in small & medium businesses as well as the tools to be a part of an entrepreneurial start-up venture.

The Non-Profit Management emphasis will prepare you for leadership roles in non-profits such as churches, relief & development organizations, social ventures, mission organizations and international NGO’s.

The Financial & Accounting Management emphasis will prepare you for financial roles in both for-profit businesses as well as non-profit organizations. One path for students would be a Master’s of Accountancy program and a CPA.

The Global Management emphasis gives you a semester-long study abroad program where you are working and living overseas with a team that is operating a business or organization while doing cross-cultural ministry.

Admissions Requirements

  1. Pastor/Church Recommendation Form
When filling out our online application, recommendation forms are emailed to those whom you’ve indicated should receive them.
Family members may not complete a recommendation form. Recommenders must have known the applicant for a minimum of one year. If for some reason, recommendations do not reflect the proper amount of diversity, the Admissions Office may request additional recommendations.
  2. Spiritual Autobiography
When filling out the online application you’ll find a space to type your Spiritual Autobiography. The Spiritual Autobiography is a typed essay — no longer than 500 words — documenting your conversion, concisely articulating the gospel and telling your reasons for choosing Boyce College.
  3. Official Transcripts
Transcription from all educational institutions is required. Official High School transcripts or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) test scores are necessary unless the applicant has more than 24 college hours of post-high school college credit (dual enrollment courses do not count towards these 24 hours). It is best for applicants to request that transcripts be sent directly from their school to the Southern Seminary Admissions Office. In no case will the seminary consider as official a transcript marked “Issued to Student.” For transfer students, we also require other college and/or university transcripts
  4. Application Fee
A $40 non-refundable application fee is due to the admissions office before the student’s application packet can be processed.
  5. ACT/SAT/CLT Scores
All applicants (including home-schooled students) are required to submit scores from either the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT), American College Test (ACT), or the Classic Learning Test (CLT). The SAT code for Boyce College is 3858 and the ACT code is 5522. Applicants who are 24 or older or have passed 15 hours (post-high-school) from (a) a regionally accredited college or (b) a college with AABC accreditation, and have maintained at least a C average, are not required to submit these standardized test scores. (SAT, ACT, and CLT scores are not used as a basis of admission to Boyce College but are used to help evaluate a student’s ability to do college-level work.) Test scores can be waived for applicants 24 years or older.
  6. Housing Application
All applicants (including internet and extension center applicants) are required to affirm or deny their need for campus housing. Campus housing constraints require us to know of housing needs at the earliest possible date. The following link will take you to our housing application.
  7. Documents of Citizenship
Documentation of immigration classification for students who are not citizens of the United States.

Tuition and Fees

*Thanks to the generosity of the Southern Baptist Convention, students that are members of Southern Baptist Churches receive a steep discount on tuition.
