On our 1-Year Top-Up programme, you enter the final year of the practice-based BSc (Hons) Accounting and Finance, and study 4 x 30-credit Level 6 modules.

Full-time: Lectures, seminars and workshops 3 days per week

February, June or October [or start in March, August or December with a free-of-charge Pre-Sessional Programmme]

Home: £9,535 [£9,250 for February 2025 and June 2025 intakes]

You will need to have studied Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications in Accounting and Finance in order to qualify for the Top-Up degree; this could be the first two years of a 3-Year undergraduate course or an equivalent qualification.

After just one year of studying with us, you will graduate with a Bloomsbury Institute degree, awarded by Wrexham University.

You will need to have studied Accounting, Finance or Banking at Level 5 in order to complete your Level 6 modules with us.

The first 2 years of a 3-year undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Banking

Pearson or SQA HND in Accounting, Finance or Banking

Ofqual-accredited qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Banking(120 credits at Level 4 and 120 credits at Level 5) [e.g. Pearson, ATHE, Qualifi]

Equivalent academic or professional qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Banking, at Levels 4 and 5

How international students apply to Bloomsbury in 6 easy steps

Applicants select their course and complete an online application form.

You can access the online application form 

. You will first of all need to create an account and verify your email address. Once you have verified your email address and login to the Portal, you will then be able to complete the online application form.

Our Admissions Team will review your application within one working day and make you a conditional offer.

You will then need to upload scans of the following documents:

English Language qualification or test results

Letter of Recommendation (if details of a referee have not been provided in the application form)

MBA students will also be required to provide proof of 2 years of supervisory/ managerial experience.

Once documents are approved, you will then be made an unconditional offer.

The unconditional offer is subject to verification of your documents.

Once all verification is complete, you will be provided with access to ‘CAS Shield’. This is where all visa compliance stages are completed before we can issue you with a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS).

Once we are ready to issue your CAS, you will be asked to complete an online pre-enrolment form. You require the CAS to apply for a Student Visa through the UKVI website.

We will send you a date and time to attend Enrolment and Induction at our London campus; this usually takes place the week before term starts.
